Goals

My ultimate goal with this blog is not actually to lose 50 pounds. While that is one of my goals, my real goals center around being able to build all the different habits that go into losing 50 pounds and maintaining that weight loss. The real goal is also to get to the point where I feel happy with my body, and comfortable in my own skin. I think on some level, the real goal is to wake up and really, truly believe that I am enough, as I am, and I love myself right now. That said, I’m going to break down the weight loss into 10 mini goals:

 

Starting weight: 170.5 lbs

  1. Lose 5 lbs [165]
  2. Lose 10 lbs [160]
  3. Lose 15 lbs [155]
  4. Lose 20 lbs [150]
  5. Lose 25 lbs [145]
  6. Lose 30 lbs [140]
  7. Lose 35 lbs [135]
  8. Lose 40 lbs [130]
  9. Lose 45 lbs [125]
  10. Lose 50 lbs [120]

Life/Health Goals (and experiments):

Drink 8 glasses of water a day 7 days in a row.

Wake up at 7 AM every single day for a week

Go to bed by 2 AM every single day for a week

Go to bed by 1 AM every single day for a week

Do my laundry once a week for a month

Avoid all processed foods for a week

Avoid all white foods for a week

Avoid eating meals after 7 PM for a week

Avoid coffee for a week

Eat 3 fruits everyday for a week

Eat 3 veggies everyday for a week

Fitness Goals:

Run everyday for 5 days in a row

Run five days a week for 2 weeks in a row

Run five days a week for 3 weeks in a row

Run 1o miles in a week

Run 20 miles in a week

Run 3 consecutive 12 minute miles

Run 3 consecutive 11 minute miles

Run 3 consecutive 10 minute miles

Run 3 consecutive 9 minute miles

Run 3 consecutive 8 minute miles

Do a pull up

Do a push up

Do a cartwheel

Learn + Go Salsa Dancing

Run 5 miles in a row

Run 10 miles in a row

Go to 2 Yoga classes in a week.

Go to 4 Yoga classes in a week…

Learn how to Ski

Finish Level 1 of the 30 day Shred

Finish Level 2 of the 30 day Shred

Finish Level 3 of the 30 day Shred

Be able to do 30 sit ups in a minute

Be able to do 60 sit ups in a minute
